On behalf of Science Heroes Association, I am pleased to inform you that were are very exited and we look forward to welcoming the international teams that will participate at the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) 2024 in Türkiye.
As Science Heroes Association, we have been working hard to create more opportunities to increase children’s access to STEM activities in different parts of the country since 2004. The WRO is for sure one of the most important occasions to achieve this aim. We have been actively taking part in the activity since 2014 and it has been a privilege for us and all the participants from Türkiye to benefit from this extraordinary learning experience.
Being inspired by and still feeling the joy of last year’s event in Panama, we are aware of our responsibility for the upcoming WRO 2024 Türkiye during 28th-30th November. The event will take place in the lovely city of İzmir which is a unique location on the Aegean coast of Türkiye with its rich history, delicious food, many sightseeing opportunities, as well as breath of cultural diversity and activities.

General Information
· There are coach meeting for each categories to share some information about the event. Location will be shared later.
o RoboMission, 28th November, Thursday between 13.15-14.15
o RoboSports, 28th November, Thursday between 12.15-13.15
o Future Innovators; 28th November, Thursday between 14.15-15.15
o Future Engineers; 28th November, Thursday between 12.15-13.15
· The competitions will take place in Hall C, while the opening and closing ceremonies will be held in Hall D. Lunch and dinner will also be served in Hall D.
Information for RoboMission
There is no assembly of robots at the WRO International Final 2024 Türkiye. The teams can bring the robots pre-built.

· 29th November, Friday:Announcement Surprise Rule + 3 Official Rounds
· 30th November, Saturday: 2nd Day Challenge with New Games+ 2 Official Rounds
